Half-day boat trip between the islands and seaside villages of the Gulf of La Spezia

Departure from La Spezia, from Porto Mirabello at 9.30 a.m. (please arrive at least 10/15 minutes before).
We will cross what was renamed the Golfo dei Poeti (Gulf of the Poets) because in the 19th century the English poets Byron and Shelley spent their holidays here between Lerici and Portovenere. After passing the arsenal of the Navy where it is sometimes possible to admire the Amerigo Vespucci sailing ship, we will pass by the famous “muscolai” where mussels, muscoli as they are called here, and the local oysters are bred.
We will reach the picturesque Baia Blu near San Terenzo and stop for a swim under the imposing San Giorgio Castle in Lerici. We will continue to the picturesque seaside village of Tellaro and from there head towards the La Spezia archipelago to the islands of Tino and Tinetto for a second swim in the crystal-clear waters. On the way back, we pass under the famous church of San Pietro in Portovenere.
